There are several swimming pools in Prague. The most famous one, Swimming Stadium Podoli, is located on Podolske nabrezi. It is open from 6 am to 10 pm weekdays, from 8 am to 8 pm on weekends. There is one 50 meter pool inside, and 2 outdoor pools ( 50 and 30 meters ). Few others are located in quality hotels.
There are few wellness centers in Prague. They usually have fitness center with gym, swimming pool, sauna and provide massage therapy.
And of course walking is good for you so avoid cars and buses and use your legs... Prague has many parks, most of them well maintained, good paths, great views. From small bits of greenery through to huge expanses!
